What We Do

Estate Planning

Our estate planning services are designed to help individuals and families create a comprehensive plan to manage their assets and ensure their wishes are carried out as intended.

Whether it's setting up a simple will (or joint/mirropr wills) or establishing trusts, we provide expert guidance to help you protect your legacy.

Wills & Trusts

LPAs

Your Will sets out what you want to happen to your estate after you die... but what if you don't die?  For example: an accident that leaves you alive but incapacitated?

Lasting Powers of Attorney help ensure that, if you become unable to make decisions for yourself regarding your assets and your health, those decisions can be made on your behalf by those you trust.

We specialise in the creation and management of wills and trusts, offering personalised strategies to safeguard your assets for those you love, and to distribute them according to your preferences.

We are dedicated to ensuring that your wishes are clearly outlined and in a way that can be legally upheld.

Ellis Estate Planning

Martyn Ellis

Martyn is the owner of Ellis Estate Planning and has over 35 years' experience in the financial planning profession, having achieved the prestigious status of Chartered Financial Planner.

Martyn sold his financial planning business in 2021 and has now retired from giving regulated financial advice - but he has stayed on as a Business Development Consultant alongside the new owner.

Martyn  recognised that there was a need amongst his former clients for a comprehensive  willwriting and estate planning service, to complement the regulated financial advice they continue to receive from his former colleagues.

Therefore, he decided to set up Ellis Estate Planning to provide clients - old and new - with an efficient but friendly service covering all their the estate planning needs.

Don't hesitate to contact Martyn for a free, no-obligation initial discussion.
